Xtreme Fitness

A fitness regimen designed to possess rock hard body, extreme endurance and mental toughness, to enable participants to be fit for various sports such as ultra marathons, adventure races, triathlons, and games. Recent beneficiaries include the current National women’s Bowling Champion.
The mantra: hard work, no mercy, no soft-pedalling. End result: absolute fit, pure thrill and bliss.
Especially welcome: VLCCs (Very Large Crude Carriers) Daily fitness sessions are conducted at the Sri Kanteerava Stadium in Bangalore. The timings are 6AM to 8AM.
